HCP affiliate program
Optional. Patients buy Pluna at $799 through the practice's own link — no inventory, no stock risk. Enrolling means agreeing to the program terms and the minimum advertised price policy.
The practice never holds affiliate stock
Each enrolled practice is issued its own Pluna link. A patient buys at $799 through that link, Emergent Medtech fulfils and ships direct, and the practice earns $250 on the unit.
What the practice earns
Affiliate income is a commission on a completed sale, not a discount off a wholesale invoice. It is separate from the free-goods ladder and does not change the price of stock the practice buys for in-clinic use.
Staying active
Affiliate status is reviewed each quarter. A practice must purchase at least 5 paid units per calendar quarter for its link to stay live.
Eligibility
- Open to licensed healthcare practices and the practitioners working within them.
- Affiliate status is granted to the practice, is not transferable, and may not be resold or sub-assigned.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 paid units per calendar quarter. Free goods do not count toward the minimum.
- Falling short deactivates the link at quarter end. Status is reinstated once the minimum is met again.
Commission
- $250 per unit on completed, non-refunded sales attributed to the practice's link.
- Commission is reversed on returns, chargebacks and cancelled orders.
- Affiliate commission does not stack with the free-goods program or any other incentive on the same unit.
Conduct
- No claims about Pluna beyond the approved product claims supplied by Emergent Medtech.
- No bidding on Pluna or Emergent Medtech brand terms in paid search.
- No listing Pluna on marketplaces or resale platforms.
Changes and termination
- Emergent Medtech may update these terms on written notice to the practice.
- Either party may end participation at any time. Earned, unpaid commission is settled on the next cycle.

Where the policy applies
Any price shown publicly: practice website, social accounts, email and SMS campaigns, paid advertising, printed collateral, in-clinic signage and menus, third-party listings and marketplaces.
What it covers
- No advertised price below $799 — including sale prices, coupon codes, bundle maths that resolves below $799, or "was / now" pricing that shows a lower figure.
- No advertising Pluna as free or included with another purchase.
- The policy governs the advertised price. It does not restrict how the device is described, or bundling it into a service where no unit price under $799 is shown.
If a price is found below MAP
- Emergent Medtech issues written notice and the practice has 5 business days to remove or correct it.
- Failure to correct, or a repeat breach, deactivates the affiliate link and ends affiliate status.
- Status may be reinstated at Emergent Medtech's discretion once the listing is corrected.
MAP is a unilateral policy on advertised pricing. It is not an agreement on resale price, and Emergent Medtech does not negotiate it.
